Visa for January 2019 status

i have applied on 13th november ofline and still i got no answer and status is showing in process so what dose that mean and when will probably i get the visa answer....???

i have also applied on 13th november ofline and got two mail from vfs but did not get the visa yet...what is the acknowledgment letter...??

I have applied for visa on 21st november Online SDS and i got acknowledgement letter from delhi embassy today itself. Could anyone tell me that when will I expect my visa ? And what is the next process of visa officer after giving acknowledgement letter ?

Medical passed on 15th nov , no documents needed, background check not applicable, biometrics no need , reveiw of eligibility not started yet ...... its says your application is under progress

Application received by Chandigarh embassy on 15/11/2018. Offline,10th -9.8cgpa,12th-86.8%, IELTS-7 not less than 6 in any module but paid one semester fee (chandigarh embassy). anyone with same profile applied mid November for Jan intake .
