Visa for Family Sking Vacations

My family and I are going to Whistler, as mexicans, we now require a Visa. Could you please tell me if I need to fill a form for each member of the family or we can get a one entry family visa?
Also please, Do I need to provide all financial information or just with our plane tickets and hotel and lift reservations will be enough.

Different countries have different application package. Download the application package applicable to your region. If you are in Mexico:

You can apply in one form but need to pay cost recovery fee per member.

the application form usually includes the main applicant and all accompanying him/her family members. so it's just one form to submit, but you will have to pay fee for each family member. return tickets, hotel reservations and the proof of fund could be the main info they will need in the visa office.
