visa for a graduate certificate program? Experts need advice

Hi Guys

Is it difficult to get visa for a 1year graduate certificate program? Already got admission based on experience and portfolio
My Profile:
12th 72 %
1 Year diploma
6 Years work experience
IELTS - 7.0 band
Bank loan sanctioned
Savings of about 5 lacs

As you have vast experience and are going for 1 year certificate it is must that VO will give your home ties a hard look. It is evident that you will want to stay in Canada after you complete your education. So you should provide strong home ties and make the VO believe that you will return back.

Other than that based on the information provided, I believe your profile is strong.

past study?. if it is relavent then profile seems good under SPP.

how can i show my home ties other than property??? and yes my past study is relevant to all the 6 years experience. The diploma i have done in animation and then 6 years experience as an animator.

1. You can show an offer letter of a job that you will get when you return from your studies.
2. If you are not resigning from current company and are coming back to join it, then it can be a good home tie.
3. You can show you have wife/ childerens at home country and you will return back for them (if you are married) etc.
 
Ok.So the company i am working is not a big company, but im sure the MD of the company would give such an offer if i ask him.

2 ) Unfortunately i am not married, so can i mention in my cover letter that after the course i should come back and get married something like that? i know it sounds funny though. Really worried about it.

Frankly i just wanna earn some exp there and come back

Show your parents, brother and sisters as a home tie. You are a son and in subcontinent it is a norm rather a duty of sons to look after family. Explain the family structure in 1 or 2 line.

I don't think returning and marriage is a strong point.
