Visa for 2018 may intake and offer letter

Dear Friends, I have done my B.tech in 2007 and after b.tech i am doing regular job and i have also done my part time m.tech in 2014. I have two queries please give your valuable feedback on this.
1. Am I eligible for study permit or not?
2. After M.tech which course I need to take?

i hv applied on 24 jan still waiting for visa they have not yet started reviewing my eligibility
the status says we will send you a message when we will start reviewing your eligibility...
This status is same from last 30 or more days
!

me too apply on 24 jan through delhi vfs and still waiting.

What is wrong with Delhi embassy. Haven't heard a positive response yet from people who recently submitted there.
