Visa for 2018 may intake and offer letter

Is it necessary to link the profile .. vfs gave the tracking no. Will it won’t work or we have to link ?

Hello everyone, I am new on this place. I am a student in Manitoba, I came in 2016 May and I gave to my daughter September 2016, since then my husband had been applying but cic always denied him. I had a car accident this January that broke my left arm, surgery was performed on me it’s only my right hand that is functioning now. So my husband used the avenue to apply for another application last month. So yesterday My husband received an email yesterday stating that his attention is urgently needed at the vfs office, he was there this morning and all what they told him is to provide his pay slip and his salary account statement. But my major concern is that the amount in his salary account is not much, though he submitted the account during the process with the little money in it. But there is other account he submitted that have much money. My question now is hope they won’t reject his application because of the little money in his salary account
