Did you check your status on CIC?

My agent haven't given me id password of cic portal. He said he used agent portal not student's ...so can't provide id password. And he said i will get only mail of any update.

Sharing my timeline:
Regular application with spouse (open work permit) and two kids (14 & 8) as tourist.
Applying from Manila, Philippines

Feb 7, 2019 - Submitted my application to Kwantlen Polytechnic University for Sept 2019 intake
March 16, 2019 - Received an Offer of Admission
March 17, 2019 - Paid school deposit
March 23, 2019 - Received my Letter of Acceptance
April 11, 2019 - Completed our medical exam
April 17, 2019 - Submitted our application to VFS online
April 18, 2019 - Received Request for Biometrics
April 22, 2019 - Appointment for Biometrics

Now, we're still waiting (and praying) for our visas to be approved.

same is the case with my friend...
i find the agents reason silly...
my friend got update on 18th april to check the cic account and when he asked agent they said it was passport request//

March 7 - Biometrics submitted
March 20 - Medical Passed
April 1- Reviewing Eligibility
On my 7th week now and my processing times passed already

I got biometrics correspondence letter and approval message in cic at 1am 18th April. Approval message says submit passport. But no student acknowledgement letter.

When did you lodge your application? Is it Regular Stream or SDS?

Offline - General

Medical on 11th March
Biometrics on 20th March
Application reached Bangalore IRCC on 21st March
Application linked on 28th March
Medical pass on the CIC page on April 4

SDS. I submitted my passport as they asked on 18th April. Submitted visa application online on 23 March
