Hi I asked a lawyer about the right of permanent resident fee.because I already paid $1040 when I send my application package to missisauga. He said that it includes application fee plus landing fees. So that means I donot have to pay any fees.

yes. basically, there are two fees, one for handing in the application at the start, then another fee when they issue the visa, (right of permanent resident fee). so, for the fees, you're good to go!
