I got invitation to apply PR.my family include me + spouse + kid ,total how much i need to pay for visa fee?

no, that can be paid later... but delaying landing fee usually delays whole process by a few days....

some people prefer to pay later since when they get the request for landing fee, they atleast have an update on the application

basically its completely upto you - i paid upfront, dont want even a single minutes delay to happen from my end ha ha
