Hi, I received a message asking me to take a medical exam in order to continue with the process of extending my stay as a visitor in Canada.
The day after receiving that message I got a new one saying that my application was aproved.

This is a little confusing to me... Do I still need to do my medical exam?

When did you apply?

There will be a remark/condition on your permit that will state something along the line "you must complete medical exam within 30days."

Despite the fact you are already approved, you are still required to do it

Yes, you still need to do the medical exam. If you don't, your extension will be cancelled.
