Hello,

Happy New Year!

My Visa and study permit expired on November 30th. I'm in Toronto studying in Humber College. I got my study permit extended. Now, I have to extend my visa. Also, my medicals expired in the month of october. Do I need to give medicals again? There's an option of medicals in the online application. Can I upload the old medicals form?

I wanted to visit USA in February to give a valentine's surprise to my girl. Please help.

As far as i know, you don't need medical again. However, make sure you get multiple entry visa. and wish you luck, hope she likes the surprise.

Provided you are only going to the US, you can re-enter Canada with the expired TRV and your valid student permit. See here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=527&t=16
