Hello Experts,

I got Visa for January-2018 Intake and visa Expiry date is 30th November 2018.
(8 months continuous course in Humber with out semester break ending in August 2018).

on 16th December I came to Toronto and at the immigration , I Got study permit with the expiry date as 30th September 2018.

Now my queries are
1) As my study permit expiry date is too early than visa expiry date, What will be the possible Dis advantages?
2) Will there be any problems while applying PGWP or Extending study permit if i wish to choose an other one year course??

Kindly provide your comments please

Thanks

You legal status in Canada expires on 30/9/2018 and you will need to either leave the country or apply to extend or change your status before this date. Good Luck!

Hello Noscaf,

Thanks for your response.

For eg: If I need to Apply for PGWP, I need to get official Transcript from college that I have completed the course.
So My program ends in August 2018, So I'm not sure when I will get my transcript and when I need to apply for PGWP?

So Could you guide me what i should do now?

Thanks
