Guys my name is joy. i am a BBA student currently in 4th semester, the problem is in 2010 i applied for Norway visa which was refused, i was chosen to attend a international conference but the embassy refused my visa, the reason which they gave was that i didn't show any property papers to them, i want to know wither it will effect my student visa under SPP.

Property papers are mandatory as long as you have presented your application well and also did GIC. But anyone can give it then its good.

What stamp are you talking about? As far as I know if you are refused for visa no stamp is on the passport.

They stamp behind the passort in last page.

what is written on the stamp and is it from Canada rejection or other coutry rejection.

Well, Norway and UK stamps with their file no and date of application.

It has nothing to do with it.

Apply for visa with good funds, strong ties to home country and good academic results.

Good Luck.

Nothing to worry about. Just do your best for Canada Visa.

If your application form asks if you have been denied a visa for any country you have to answer yes. On some of the forms there is a place to provide the reason. Good luck.

even i got my US visa rejected once in last spring, will that be a problem for canada visa ? should i have to mention about my rejection case in my SOP ? please help

Look on you SOP as you opportunity to sell yourself. If you were previously refused, explain how your circumstances have changed so that reason is no longer valid.

You do not need to mention it in SOP as you have a space in the 1294 for this. It won't be a problem. Many people got Canada visa after rejection from USA.
