I got 50.66% in my 12th so can i apply for canada visa and what is the chances of getting visa.

You can certainly apply. However it may be difficult to convince CIC that you are a genuine student. You would likely be better off studying in your home country for another year to achieve higher marks before trying to apply to come to Canada.

Surely you can apply, But if you ask about the chances of getting Approval, It is very hard unless you get very good score i IELTS, make a strong SOP.
