I am writting to inform you that my application for a study permit to the Canadian embassy in Kiev Ukraine has been denied .
the letter from the visa officer states that my application was denied due to the under listed reasons / factors .
( you have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay . in reaching this decision , i considered several factors , including :)
: PURPOSE OF VISIT .

I really did not understand the reason for that conclusion because my application has all request document from the Canadian commision in Ukraine below are the list of the documents i used for the application
( 1 ) Marriage Certificate
(2) Bank statement of USD $ 60000
(3) My sons birth certificate
(4) My Ukrainian permanent resident card
(5) Transcripts of y Masters and Bachelors degree (copies)
(6) letter of acceptance from BCIT .

I would like to know your advice on what to do next , to get a legal entry to canada .

one question: have you applied for the student visa alone? or have you included your family with you too?

If you were going a lone and leaving your family behind then this refusal note actually doesn't make sense. You should try to get CAIPS note on your case. http://www.caips.ca/ OR http://caipsnotes.com/index.shtml

CAIPS note are very informative and give specific reason of rejection. The letter which is usually sent with rejection doesnt give the exact reason of rejection and is mostly misleading. See this case for more clarification: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/my-visa-refused-for-two-times-i-am-doomed-dont-knw-wat-to-doneed-expert-advise-t101119.0.html

if you are going with family then the VO is doubtful that you may not come back to your homeland.

The VO is not sure about your home ties. Although marriage and son are strong home ties but you may need to include property documents, job experience letters (if any). You may also need to include a statement of purpose explaining your academic life, why you are going to canada, why this college/uni, why this course and why will you return back to your home country.

Share your profile as well. what have you studied and what are you planning to study in canada.

If you already have a bachelors and masters in automobile engineering, then it probably doesn't make sense for you to be applying for an apprenticeship. You should be applying for a second masters or a phd.

the problem is the Apprenticeship program you have chosen. That institution is top rated, the only problem here is your level of education, go for another masters or a pg diploma.

and how long u r in ukrain?

I'd say this must be the reason. U tried to acquire residence in ukrain through marriage and so u might do again in canada....thats the way VO thinks
