Can any1 tell me what to do if visa does not arrive before the start date of college ?

My classes are going to start at 30 august. When should i ask cllg to for defer letter after 30?

Contact your college/university and ask if you can come a little late. Otherwise defer it to next intake.
Tell them if you don't get your visa on time then you will be unable to attend initial classes therefore would like to defer to next possible intake.

Ok thnq soo much and 1 more issue is that my program is only available im next august intake

My college refused to give me seat as i have crossed the deadline to provide them study permit and they saying the will refund the amound and my application is in process. What to do now they may not deffer it to next intake may be have to apply again what to do? Should i wait for visa?
