visa delay

I wait my process application for 11 weeks already since dec 2015
and enquire for 4 times already
the email I got last week is

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have forwarded the information you provided to the responsible department. They will contact you only if they require further information.

what should I do next ?
how many days I have to wait so far

what happen ?

I'm from Thailand

Whoose visa like me ?

apparently you emailed the wrong office,
You should email Visa section at Canadian embassy in your country or wherever you applied

I am same situation as you may be worst, waiting since beginning of Nov 2015 nothing yet !

You can submit a case specific enquiry from CIC website, they would probably reply only if your application is taking longer than average processing time.

What's the average processing time.. it's been six weeks. And only two more weeks for classes to start.. so bad..
