i dont know exactly but i think if u are appying second tym which means ur visa was refused in first attempt then u need sop....

got offer letter from FLEMING COLLEGE and course is "PROJECT MANAGEMENT" 1yr course
got GIC certificate
paid 1st sem fee
while applying under SPP do i need to give SOP?

10th= 80.13%
12th =88.67% (non medical)
Ielts overall=6.5 ( L=7.5,R=7,W=5.5,S=5.5)
GOING FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DIPLOMA
In january intake in sheridan college ( toronto)
Nd i'll submit my file on 2nd dec becoz i'll receive my gic on 1 st dec

1st sem tuition paid:-7800 cad
i want to know while filling student visa form IMM1294E

i completed GIC transfer process on 22nd Nov.I called scotia bank executives for enquiry nd they told me..they haven't recieved my funds yet..
plz can anybody tell me when will i get my GIC certificate nd in case i get it in 1st week of DeC can i appy for visa then?

Dont worry mera gic cert. kall hi aaya hai and ajj file apply kiti aw..
It takes some time
Mai v 20 nov. Nu transfer kite c funds
Pr vich sat. Sunday aan krke late ho jaanda transfer

people hae got the visa after submitting file late by 10 days ..
