Visa creating confusion

Salam nd hello to all.
I got my visa last week its validity is of only 1.5 years but my b.eng s gonna be of 4 years. What should i do? Help me!!!

Don't worry about it. Your study permit will be issued for 4 years at your first port of entry. Once in Canada, you can apply for the remaining 2.5 yrs on the visa.

No, you will get only 1.5 years study permit at POE. You will have to renew SP near expiry.

Nope... if his admission letter says the program is 4 years, he will get a 4 year study permit at the port of entry. I got a 1 year single entry student visa but a 4 year study permit and had to renew the visa.
