I used global oppurtunites twice , so i would recommend that bro. Dolly is a sweet heart , she make files as if she were applyin for there own visa. Plus she has a lot of experience , she deals in canada visas only.

They do charge money , but then everything is their tension , they will personally take care of all ur documentation , form filling , submit the file as well. its upto you, my case was a little diff as well , but she handled it pretty nicely.!!

If you can apply yourself than I will recommend you to do so. But if you have complicated case then you can go to consultant.

Its your choice to use a consultant, but from my personal exp as well as all the post that I have read is to avoid consultants.
The process is very simple, trust me on that.I have seen people making mountain out of mole hill and spreading the fear.
If your case is complicated, take help of this forum.

ur educated u know ur situation best ..consultants dont understand ur situation as u do...why waste money and remain dumb when u have an opportunity to do ur application urself and be educated ....all consultants will do is fill ur forms for u and ask for supporting docs ......

seems like a good package why is everyone saying it will be rejected? 15lakhs is roughly $25000? please give ur complete profile
u need 1 year tution fees + 1 year living expenses + travel expenses

Dude just do your math :

25K+10K(as per CIC)=35k*57/58=20lacs INR

You have 15lacs loan +Parents ITR 5lacs =20lacs INR
To be on safer side just show ur parents bank account statements or Fixed Deposits also.

That is the problem
I have only 2 - 3 lakhs to show in bank account
Apart from that I don't have any other source for liquid funds
Just ITR
Property upto 30 lakhs
Lic 2 lakhs
Bank loan
And people are saying I need to pay 1st yr fees
Its recommended by cic bt not mandatory
Is my case is financially weak with these docs and without paying 1st yr fees

Chose good consultant and also know about their fees. In Bangladesh most of the consultant are money suckers and they just don't bother if you get the visa or not as they will keep charging you.
