Visa chances

Hi guys,

I am teacher by profession in india and has studied master in science and bachelor in education. I have now applied for MBA study visa as we have plans to open our business in USA and my husband is in USA and I will migrating to USA in coming years. But I want to utilize this time to study MBA so that we can run our future business effectively. I have written a SOP revolving around business plan. What are the chances my visa will get approved.. my brother is in canada in study visa too.

Depends on how persuasive your plans are as depicted in your SOP. A teacher with a non business first degree wanting to do an MBA is not a regular case. In addition, with your spouse already in the US, what kind of ties to india have you shown?

My ties are that I have my family (father, mother ) in india. If I got US immigration then I will work in USA and if I don't get it then we will start pur business in india and my husband will move to India with me..
