VISA chances?

My profile is
10- 80%
12- 81%
bachelors in engineering mechanical - 8.2 CGPA ( no backlogs)
IELTS- 6.5 ( L- 7, R- 7.5, S- 5.5, W- 5.5)

May be will select advance diploma ( accelerated ) course in Design. centennial collage ( got the offer letter )

guys, what are the visa chances for this kind of profile?

Ur academic scores are good but ur ielts score is less than required.
U must retake ielts then u cn even apply for masters in good university.
Dont apply file with these ielts score, there ll b gr8 chance of visa refusal..

Dont get into hurry.. Reappear in ielts exam u ll easily get visa after securing good bands(minimum 6 in each module and 6.5 overall)

Bro. but i have seen many people getting visa even at/ below 6 score.
one of my friend got visa at 5.5 overall band and 2 of my friend got visa with same as my score.
i also asked to my consultant even twice but they said like "you will get visa surely"

is it really big issue?

According to my knowledge 5.5 overall is very low to apply for student visa. If u r applying under spp then chances of refusal will b more but if u wanna go with these scores then u shuld apply under general category. Dont take eligibility criteria of CHC lightly.

But luck always matter and dont trust on agents blindly try to visit other consultants also.

Dear friends,

I am new to this forum and have a quick question.

Applied for Canadian study permit on august 10th, CHC, New Delhi. Up front medical done. Accepted into MBA program in a University. IELTS waived b/c bachelor degree from USA. GMAT taken (620). 10 year gap. However I have been working for all the 10 years. I am from Nepal.
Last Thursday my status changed. Passport dispatched but no confirmation email. Does this mean visa rejected.
Kind of worried.

Yeah bro u must cosult with other agents also. If u r from punjab then u should consult with Pyramid E services. If u r outside punjab then u can search their contact no. From google. They will help u to make strong profile. Hope this will help u.

Haha i m just reffering them cz they r specialist for canada and i m telling him to beware of non-experienced agents jina nu paise ta mil hi jande a chahe visa refuse hi kyu na ho jave. Oh rabb aasre hi file bna k bhej dende aa bt agents like Canam n Pyramid they know how to represent.

But, I know them personally because I have seen many Canadian study permit refusal's through them.. You can't believe those refusals were due to simple course mismatch and they admitted their clients to the same courses even they have different study background.So, I can say that about pyramid they are just greedy and non-specialized agent's..theirs visa approvals are just due to luck and publicity etc..(you can see that they are showing their approval's not refused cases, I know they definitely get more denied cases than approved)
I strongly recommend to everyone that don't spoil your profile by applying through pyramid e services...
