Visa Chances on Diploma after Undergradute degree?? Opinion required

hello everyone ,i recently got accepted at one of the colleges at nova scotia ,i applied for a diploma in IT-databases .i have undergraduate degree in computer sciences as well .how can i justify my point to the VO with this combination also i am not applying for PGD or Masters .i am going to stick to this application . i would like to have expert opinion and SOP for this .

proof of funds approximately in PKR ?
my uncle is going to show funds on my behalf is it fine ,in fact he's taking my responsibility ?

assuming you have done 4 years bachelors like most of us, it would be good if you apply for PG diploma or Masters. simple diploma after bachelors...may give you a hard time in terms of visa.
at least 3,000,000 pkr. you need to show three months bank statement.

i got accepted in one of the college with specialized course in database administration .which will provide a base for me in masters research .how can i craft my sop for this ?

see its easy to secure admission even if it is one level down your latest qualification but usually people at VO sees this matter little differently. they may reject the application unless you really convince them that this degree is something you really need.
in your SOP you need to mention

Why do you wish to study in Canada in the program for which you have been accepted?
What is your overall educational goal?
Why are you not pursuing a similar program in your country of residence/citizenship?
How will this program enhance your employment opportunities in your country of residence/citizenship?
What ties do you have to your country of residence/citizenship?
If it has been more than 2 years since you have left full-time education, please provide your C.V. (résumé)

actually i am in the same boat. though i have not prepared my sop till now though i have many with me. i also plan to amend one of them as necessary. you can pm me . as i have not written my sop so, i cannot really help in this matter.
