Visa chances on 3rd try

Got the refusal today . Should I order GCMS again? I was talking about first notes which I received after 1st refusal. I think all the objections can be stated in first review of application by visa officer. New reasons under this old blanket statement is unbelievable.

Yes order notes. Not unbelievable. Can’t really comment because don’t know how you justified your first refusal in your second application (you say you did but did you change programs?) and I don’t know your full profile.
