I got USA visa rejection for Fall 17 for University of Illinois Chicago. Appeared for visa 3 times in two months.

I got admitted to Concordia University for MASTER IN APPLIED COMPUTER SCIENCE for Winter 18.

This is my finances for Visa. First year fees is 14000$.
I am paying First semester fees 7000$
GIC 10500$
LOAN Letter 20 Lakh
Savings 4 Lac

Is this enough? Plus, How my USA rejection is going to affect my Canada Study permit?

As per my opinion, three times rejection is not a good sign. However, your profile is good & best of the luck. Moreover, the refusal reason was the same for three times or different? if you would like to explain.
