Visa Chance ?

I applied to ICM in UTP II science.
My IELTS is 6.5
My question is

Is my IELTS score fine or have to score more for VISA ?
Do i need to show loan if i still have properties and bank balance ? If yes then i don't want to take loan is there anyway to show loan ? and how much loan i need to show ?
