Visa arrival after deferral to next intake

Hi
I applied to study in Canada for fall September 2023 intake. But my visa came in late after I had deferred my course for next year September 2024 since that was my only available option from the school. My current stamp expires in July 2024 and school resumes September 2024 . I have sent three webforms to update IRCC but no response. What my best Option here. Pls guys I need your help??
