My online cic account has been updated it says your application has been approved but I haven't got any email or message. What does that mean?

Study permit. I applied on 12 February. Medical on 14 June

Congratulations..! Your visa is approved. You'll receive another message in you CIC's account and it will be a PDF file. You'll need that when you land in Canada.
