I am a non kuwaiti resident of kuwait. I have an letter of acceptance from u manitoba for an msc in pharmacy for may 2016 intake.
I applied both time via vfs kuwait, paper based
My timeline:
1st try: REFUSAL
Applied: 26/10/2015
Decision: 26th/11/2015
Reasons: 1- didnt satisfy the vo that i would leave canada based on
A- family ties in country of residence
B- travel history
2- other reasons:
Not a bona fide student

Letter of financial support from my father
Copy of the first two pages of my fathers passport

A letter from my father stating my entitlemt to inherit the houses he owns
A letter of intent from an employer stating that he is interested in employing me after i finish my studies
