Visa approved or not?

I applied offline on 24th June and then linked my application online. Yesterday I got a mail that my application has been updated. Today I tracked my file, it says my passport has been dispatched and when I opened my CIC, it says this application has been approved but in the ? Ahead it is written that approved means work permit is approved. What is this?

Same thing happened with me today now i dont know what this means, lets hope for the best.

I got my passport today this means visa approved.
