Visa approved, how long for mail to arrive

Hi,

In B.C here, got an online notice that my visa is approved and it will be mailed to me. Its been more than a week already and still nothing. Since this is domestic mail any idea how long it will take to arrive on average?

I don't understand. VISA is something which will be stamped in your passport. How will they give to you via mail?

I got my study permit extension approved 15 days ago with a message that it will be mailed to my residence; and till now It hasn’t been mailed. I live beside ottawa and the cic office is in ottawa..
