Visa approved after visa rejection

I first applied in July from a different country, and got a rejection in September, exactly 2 months.
Reasons
1. Not satisfied will leave
2. Based on family ties

I reapplied in November from my country. Did biometrics in December.
Got accepted 2 days after.

I submit a 5 page details letter of explanation.

I made some mistakes on my application and ask a withdrawal,
But they still approved me, and grant me the visa.
