VISA approved after rejection??????

Do any body got visa approved after one it got rejected.

well, I do not know personally anyone getting visa after first rejection. But yes, obviously one can get visa after first rejection. I have noticed the "most common" reason for rejection is "incompatible study plans (mismatch)", so if one get into better program, then chances are high for approval.

yup.....one of my friend got his visa 2nd time but he is not on this forum

he applied in genereal category and got rejected.....than again he applied in spp and got the sticker........it was in 2010
he also got only 5.5 bands

I dont understand why the rejected first time. May be i got offer letter based on TOEFL, and it is mentioned on offer letter that "TOEFL approved by english department". I have submitted my IELTS score also. My documents are

IELTS-6.0
TOEFL-95
LOAN-16 lakhs (20lakhs is my tuition fee and living expenses for two years)
WORK EXPERIENCE
mother, father, brother sponsor letters and related documents

Still i got rejected. I have applied again and I should wait and see what would happen.

You didnt specify for what "course" you applied in your first attempt ! and my experience say, TOEFL is "little tough" thn IELTS (tough means it require very high presence of mind...) and your score 95 is more thn enough to satify VO, I dont think if that was the resaon for rejection (only if admission requirement speaks about TOEFL as an alternate option to IELTS).

it totaly depend upon the course which u r applying for ..

rest is mood of embassy peoples...
