visa approval or reject

hi every one...me applied for student permit visa and my spouse temporary resident visa for my spouse for canada on 22th of november from ABU DHABI ....almost 28 days has been passed..can any one tell me how long it will take for this procedure from abu dhabi canadian embassy....?
can any one tell me is this right that me and my husband being a spouse can go along with me and we both applied at the same time is this right to apply at the same time or we should apply individually...the documents details that we attached along with passport are...
actually i m DOCTOR, course which is i selected diploma for 2 yrs in office adminstration - medical

college acceptance letter,
bank statement more than 70 thousand canadian dollar
my spouse sponsor letter written he can join as he back from canada.
letter from medical center written i can join job in pakistan after completion of my course from canada
we attached property document the flate is own by my spouse name, car document , and telefone bill appear on my spouse name,
please can u tell me abt our file is that strong and course is same as my profession.

its a long story man dont open the wound again...two times has been rejected.....first time the reason was puropose of visit and proposed duration second time was limited prospectus of employment,travel history and your ties in canada and country of residence we applied from abu dhabi basics pakistani....now finally i decided to go alone and what abt his chance what to do next for him dont know at all....

dont know man at all...the problem is of my husband's visa not of me finally i decided that i shuld go alone and he will join after me we plan to hire a lawyer this time just for opinion we will file our case byself but plan to discuss it with some lawyer...and wait for six months to pass than we will take decision we decided to apply for sowp this time...because i cant live without him in canada for 2 to 3 yrs

after 1 and 1/2month embassy ask for deferral letter and exactly after two months the door bell and passport with visa in hand...i am freshly graduated last year gudluck

Can i ask, did you have to defer just because of your husband? Seems like you had no problem getting your own student visa.
