The LOI is different from visa approval mail and it is sent together with the passport (with counterfoil) to the VAC to be claimed by the applicant (or consultant)
I have same problem , I recieved my passport back but not recieved LOI. I ask from consultant many times but he says , not recieved yet even after about 20 days . What should I do now?
