Visa approval and course suggestions

Hi,
Im 2016 passed out and had 9 backlog which were cleared later and had overall 61%.When informed the same to one the agent he said that I'm not eligible for Masters. I haven't given my ielts yet. And when searched for courses related to my job there are only post secondary programs and I'm unable to find PG courses.
Less graduation percentage
5years of study gap
No relation Btwn graduated stream and job
Will all these lead to rejection?
On a positive note I don't want that be happened
So please help me with the correct suggestion on what to do and how to choose my steps.

Im not going to any agent or consultant for my processing because want to do on own planning for September 2021

If your PG course is not related to your undergrad or previous education = higher chance of rejection
Low marks = higher chance of study rejection
Study gap is not necessarily an issue if you can explain
