Two years college studies in Science from Republic of Ireland
Visa applied on 2nd April,13 in CHC delhi for May,2013 start in University of Manitoba (Chmeistry) as a transfer student from Irish College.

I am no expert....but, in my opinion right time would be to file in your visa application by august I think.

I have just applied for my visa but I am sure that u will get a reply from CHC by the end of this week and best of luck....may u get what u want .....do let us know once u get a reply from CHC....

in the meanwhile could u tell us a little bit about your profile...like wut u have done, which college u have been accepted in to, IELTS score, etc.

I aplied in general category on 18th march...waiting for visa
12 HSC-50.14%
Diploma in Info tech...with 7.7 SPI
Course-Computer Programmer at seneca college
