VISA applied after NOV 15th

I 've applied for student permit on 16 Nov 2016 at VAC New Delhi for graduate program.
1. Linked with MyCIC a/c on 30 Nov. In the CIC website it is showing application type: Online and Date submitted: 30 Nov.Both the things are incorrect as I submitted paper application & actual date of submission was 16 Nov.
Does anyone of us face similar type of situation while you link your application?
2. Still I haven't heard from visa office about the status .

Dont wrry, Your application is still offline and was getting Processed from 16th.
That data is according to CIC's update. Dont worry ... You'll hear from them soon !!

I haven't done medical, while I spoke to VFS , I was told .."it's not mandatory, if Visa Officer wants, will intimate you".
Hence, waiting to hear from CIC.
