Hi guys, I'm in need of information. I want to apply for student visa and this can take up to four months. But I am planning on traveling to the UK, would my chances of getting a visa reduce if I'm applying from UK. Also if I want to apply from there which country's police report will I be using.

Applying for a study permit outside of your home country will raise an additional doubt since it reduces ties to your home country. But it definitely won't be a certain refusal.
