Good day!
I would like to ask guys does the visa officer check the account in which the tuition fee was paid from in case I pay it from my personal account and not my sponsor's account.

Doesnt matter if you pay it or someone else does. When it comes to GIC only there is an issue with the bank, as they only accept payment from account in your personal name. Else no issues imo.
