Applied from Pakistan in late Nov,2016 still waiting for decision. Have you sent Case specific inquiry?

Guys today i recived this email from new delhi embassy,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

Your application is under review and will take more time to process. When the file is ready for the next step, our office will contact you directly. In the meantime, please refrain from sending further correspondence and await our contact.

I applied for visa online, I am trying to fill out the webform:

What should I select for the following:

Is your application being processed outside Canada?
If I select YES, it asks me to choose VISA Office (Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh), now since I did online application how do I know which one to select.
Please suggest.
