Visa Application: Request to send in passport

Hi guys, I applied online for a visitor visa. Today I got a message online that says the following:

"A decision has been made on your application. We request your passport to finalize processing your application. Your passport must be received by CIC within 30 days"

It does not say if the decision was approved or denied. Does this indicate that a visa has been issued?

its clearly positive signal for you ,, in my opinion if in case it was refused they would simply message you refused and would explain to you the reasons.

It indicates that you are in the final step of the process.

It is always good that you have made it this far. But the TRV has not been neither issued, nor rufused. It is still in process.
