i have a little bro in jamaica he is 23. he works at a pre-school and has been employeed with them for 1.6yrs as a administrator.
he also been visiting here since 1997 on visitor visa regularly during summer his last visit was in 2008. and also the US since 1997 and last visit there was 2007. he was living in canada for 1.5 years goin to school here and got accepted into two universities but turned in his student visa because of the tuition was too high to afford. he went back to jamaica and studied computer science at a university for 4 years
he has around 1500cad in his bank account . he lives in st james. I am a permanent resident here in canada and ive sent him an invitation letter.
does he stand at a chance to apply for a trv?
