I was rejected coz i didnt satisfy the officer that i will leave the country after my studies...
they said...
I didnt specify 1. my travel history..which was nt mentioned anyver in the application instruction guide and i had sent my passport tooo...
2.length of stay in canada...which is mentioned in my acceptance letter and
3 purpose of visit. which was mentioned in my stdy plan..

I reaally dnt knw wats wrong here...SadSad

These are the lame excuse when High Commission want to refuse case on unnecessary grounds.

This time re-apply and mention this things in your SOP "Statement of Purpose"
1. If you have any travel history in past show evidence or tell them that you have no intention travel before for no reason.

2. Mention this in SOP as well and highlight in your Application form as well.

3. Purpose of Visit again highlight in SOP that your going for Student visa and the documents which I submit make clear intention that your applying for Student Visa.

What you can do sui them . .

Just stop wasting your time and cover the errors and re-apply as soon as possible . . .

This is what you can do or move to some other country if you want to . .

I am also refused once and I know what really it feels when you place all the things on maximum grounds and still you get refusal letter in hand . .

Have faith in Allah and try again . . Inshallah this time you will succeed

At least your not refused on because of :

1. Financial Status

2. Study Mis-match

3. Ties in Canada

Cover the things which I told you previously. Inshallah this time you will get your Visa

Can you please clarify a little more detail about your case, I mean its very odd that they questioned your purpose of visit, did you even filed a correct form, please give us your complete case details like your academic level, the level of course in which you applied, funds and yourself and your parents career & travel history also what forms you filed for visa.
Send these details so that we can analyze your case thoroughly and give you clear picture.

As, my LOA state that course going to start on 22nd Feb 2012 and in additional para it's mention that student can join the course till September 2012

If this is mention in your LOA as well then you can use the same LOA.

Else your LOA is about to expire in new 1 to 2 months than ask LSBF to send you new LOA through email just put the Printed copy with the pervious LOA and re-apply.
