Hi my friends,

Finally as I mentioned they sent me same refusal letter, usually they are sending to everyone. Let me share that,

1- You have significant family ties in Canada.
My answer: They need me to move out of the country then my parents can come to Canada.

2- Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself.
$20,000 , it wasn't enough for a month? Additionally we mentioned we will support everything?

3- The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
Should I die to my parents visit me? They cannot meet their child?

Next step
your new application may be refused unless it is supported by new or different information that would satisfy the officer that you meet all application requirements.

They never open application. Always send same letter.
In the email below your letter send a request to revise their decision based on the evidence you have in your hand to convince the. Try to talk emotionally and explain the reason why they will come back to their country of origin.
4 years ago I had the same situation and after this letter just in 3 days they become pass request.

Really? How can I do that? Kindly help me.
I've been praying day and night restlessly and today I just got my refusal letter after 2 months and 21 days. Unbelievable.

Are 50,000 $ not enough for 6 members only for 15 days and having a sponsorship letter of a Canadian citizen (uncle).
Our father, our business, our studies everything will be waiting for us back here. Are they not strong ties?
Is tourism and visiting our uncle for vacations not a reason to visit some country?
My head is spinning
What were reasons for refusal? How old are children?

No such thing as sponsoring a TRV so your uncle would invite you to visit. $50k is all your savings? Taking in airfare, insurance and costs for 15 day visit, how much money would you be spending?
