Visa Application Problem!!

Hello All,

I am filling in my application for the study permit and the online portal shows me the documents that are required to be submitted. But none of the required documents show the option of uploading my IELTSCertificate, Bachelors degree certificate and my Transcripts. I have heard that these documents are required so how am I supposed to upload these?

The optional document option is that of Letter of Explanation. No other option.

Please guide me as I need to submit this application urgently!!

Apply through a immigration consultant he can represent ur case well

You have to compile all those documents including your letter of explanation into 1 single PDF and upload it in Letter Of Explanation section. I hope this helps.
