visa application is under process ar IRCC, 10 days to go for my travel plan

I gave my biometrics on 12 april 2019 in bangalore vfs global office, for visor visa.

I am getting the following status on the website, when using my tracking number.

'My visa application has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2019/04/15'

It has been 20 working days. But ideally it is supposed to take 13 days according to the website.

Please help.

The date mentioned is an estimate. It can take longer depending on different circumstances. It's not advisable to apply visa close to your planned travel dates.

You may contact them though through IRCC Web form.

Never advisable to book any travel before a visa has been approved, you do so at your own risk. Although recommended to submit a webform unlikely I think that a response will come through in 10 days or result in expedited processing but no harm in doing so.
