That's an auto-response from AutoResponders installed on their servers. Try to visit VFS office and submit a letter mentioning every information you know and dont forget to tell them that it has been 2m onths and you got no response. Hopefully they will find your file and make a response.

OMG! that's so terrifying! even 31st oct ppl have got visas. never knew that September ppl are still waiting! may you all get ur visas soon.

Hi,
When I checked my parent's track number it show "visa application or being processed". How long they will take to complete my parent's application? Do you think its good ideas to call the assembly for processing the status of their visa application or they will automatically update the site.
