Now my question is can I apply for student visa from UK? or do i need to go back to my home country and apply from there?

Many Thanks to all

You'll have to go back to your home country and apply from there

OK Thanks for replying, But i have also heard few cases that those people got visa form other than home country and also can my partner work in canada if she comes as a dependant of mine

Re: student visa rejected, will apply again,,,good idea?

Dont worry the mac is here. It is perfectly legal and proper if you want to apply from london as long as you can prove to have strong ties to your home country india. I will tell you what to do but first you need to say something good about the english cricket team.

Hello Guys,

This forum is very informative to gather the useful information abt Imm.. 2CanA.. , I have applied for MSc in physics at UNB (New Brunswick) and hopefully will get acceptnc offer withn this mnth. I m a pakistani citizn and currently i am under student visa UK, my study hs finshd. My visa will be expird in Nov/2011,

Does anybody know that will the CHC london office issue me a study permit ?

Many thanks

I know a London based college is going to form a partnership agreement with a Canadian University, where a part of the course will be studied in London and the rest of the course will be accomplished in Canada. What will be your idea, the students will have to go back to their country of origin to submit their application?

I ws tld from my frind that It is not the case to go bak 2hom country and make an application appointmnt, What type of CHC london office need docmnts abt my hom ties for granting a study permit visa, i m confsed abt that matter.

If smone get admisiin in the University(public funded) then there will be +ive chance of gettng W/permit than the College

Hi guys

I know that many Indian , Pakistani people have got success while applying from UK itself , but if you are a

student you must try to satisfy them with your physical intent to leave a foreign country and return back ,

it helps in assessing bonafide intent .

You can apply from London. Just follow the requirements of Canadian embassy in London. It is not necessary to apply from your home country. But keep in mind to satisfy visa officer about your progress of studies in UK and your home ties which may keep you bound with your home country.

Thank you very much guys

Hi,

1. In such a case, you will get a PGWP only for the length of time you studied in Canada and also, the graduation certificate MUST be issued by the Canadian school.
