Will it be alright if I file my visa after 30th ? I'm still waiting for my fee receipt. I will file my visa by 3rd December. Will it be okay ? I know that the 30th november is written in the checklist but it can be helped as I didnt get my fee receipt from the college.

I think it is gonna be ok, but you would have a better chance if you filled before 1st. If they don't get enough time to process your file, then you will get rejected. It all depends on how many applications they have received in the days before you have applied!
 
yup thats true, also you can directly mail your college they will send the fee reciept in a day....dont depend on consultants..they take some time.... ::)

My Canam agent told me even though the last date in Nov 30, the high commission has given them 10 days extra to file applications. They are going to file my Visa on 4th Dec.

All agents care about is in money! No such thing was said officially. But yea, if your drop your visa by 10th dec, you may still have a chance as it will take 15 days max for your visa to get processed provided no more extra docs are needed! And since classes start from first week of jan, you'll have time to fly. But if for some reason they are not able to process your application by the time, then you will be rejected even if you have all the things the consulate asks off. If you had dropped by 30th, your file will be processed without fail.

Ask you agent to provide proof that the deadline has been extended, if it really was extended then the news will help all fellow users in this forum as well.
