When I received my PPR letter on the 6th of December, MyCIC status showed "We need an additional document from the applicant". After clicking the "View Submitted Application" button, I was taken to the list of documents previously submitted, which now showed two additional slots named "Replacement Required", for photo and passport respectively. There was apparently a deadline of January 5, 2017 for uploading those documents. Here is what it looked like:
I just thought that these refer to the physical photos and physical passport I need to submit to the High Commission of Canada through VFS, as instructed in the PPR Letter. So, I did not upload anything through myCIC.
I have since received my passport back (with visa affixed) and COPR. MyCIC status now shows that the application is "Closed" and that "This Application has been approved". However, inexplicably, it is still showing "We need an additional document from the applicant":
When going to the "Submitted Documents" page, the two open upload slots are still there (that is, it looks the same as the first image above).
Question: should I upload something here (if so, what? soft copy of the submitted photo, and passport page again??) , or should I just ignore these two slots? Or should I contact the High Commission? Thanks!
